Stats:

Course Type: Links |  Length: 6,219 yrds |  Par: 70

Description:

Originally designed by the legendary Ben Sayers in 1907, Spey Bay Golf Course is one of only 247 true links courses in the world nestled along the Moray Coast of Northern Scotland.

Bought over in 2023 by Links DAO the course and facilities are undergoing major renovation which will see the course brought back to life making it more playable and enjoyable for members and guests alike. Throughout all these renovations the full course will remain fully open for play.

The transformation is being carried out under the watchful eyes of CDP (Clayton, DeVries and Point). Mike and the team will be transforming the course into a fully reversible 18 hole Championship layout with 22 greens and up to 5 different routings. This will be a truly unique experience in the birthplace of golf.

We have completed phase 1 of our ambitious course renovations, which has seen 6.5 acres of gorse removed creating 6 new holes which open for play in 2025 season. During the winter of 2024 we will see major bunker renovations along with the introduction of a short new game facility, putting green and himalya style putting green for all of our guests to enjoy.
